Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged more than once for the same listing or service.
Technical Errors: In case of system errors that lead to unsuccessful listing or payment issues.
Service Not Delivered: If you purchased a paid service (e.g., premium car listing) but it was not activated on our platform.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Payments made for successful car listings are non-refundable once the ad goes live.
Refunds will not be issued for completed car purchases or rentals, as these are direct agreements between buyers and sellers.
Any disputes about the condition of the car, documents, or pricing must be resolved between the parties involved.
